1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil 1 onion, chopped 1 poblano pepper, diced 2 tsp oregano 1½ tsp chili powder 1 tsp cocoa powder 3 medium tomatoes, diced
1 cup vegetable stock 1 15-oz can black beans, drained salt & pepper, to taste
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp fresh lime juice ¼ cup cilantro leaves
