(serves 4 & takes 5 minutes)
ingredients
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
½ cup fat free plain Greek yogurt
2 cups frozen strawberries
1 ripe medium bananas
½ cup quick oats or old fashioned oats
1 Tbsp honey
½ tsp vanilla extract
procedure
1. place all ingredients in a blender & blend until smooth. serve into 4 glasses.
