(makes 30 & takes 1 hour + 5 mins)
2 cups all-purpose flour
½ cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp fresh sage leaves, sliced
1 tsp kosher salt
1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
1. in a food processor, blend all ingredients. divide dough in half. shape each half into a log. chill 30 minutes.
2. preheat to 350°F. cut each dough log into thick cookies. place cookies on parchment-lined baking sheets. bake 25 minutes.
