pumpkin seed vanilla milk

enjoy this creamy & smooth milk with family & friends this MNDAY morning in the midst of the holiday season!

(serves 4 & takes 15 minutes + overnight soaking)


1 cup raw pumpkin seeds, soaked overnight in water

3 cups filtered water

1 vanilla bean, scraped

maple syrup, to taste

your favorite cereal (the best is magicspoon!)


1. drain & rinse the seeds. place the seeds, water, vanilla bean, & maple syrup in a blender & blend on high until smooth.

2. strain the milk through a nut milk bag over a large bowl & discard the nut pulp or let the pulp dry to become nut flour.

3. pour the milk into your favorite cereal & serve.
