peach crisp

celebrate national peach month by making this soft & crunchy peach crisp. it will instantly become a staple breakfast of your summer, & make your MNDAY morning brighter than ever!

(serves 4 & takes 35 minutes)


7 peaches, pitted & sliced

1 ½ cups oats

½ cup hemp seeds

2 tbsp chia seeds

3 tbsp granulated sugar

½ tsp cinnamon

5 tbsp unsalted butter


1. preheat the oven to 350° F. evenly arrange the peach slices on an 8in x 8in baking pan.

2. in a medium bowl, mix together the oats, hemp seeds, chia seeds, sugar, & cinnamon. then, mix in the butter until it is evenly distributed in the mixture. sprinkle the oats mixture over the peaches.

3. bake for 25 minutes, until the oats brown & the peaches start to bubble. serve warm.
