mint berry yogurt bowl

yesterday, the legendary Djokovic ate green grass from the Wimbledon court, which took 15 months to prepare. in just 5 minutes, you, too, will feel like a glorious winner as you eat green & freshly cut mint on top of a lime & berry yogurt!

(takes 5 minutes & serves 4)

ingredients

1 tsp fresh lime zest

2 tbsp fresh lime juice

4 oz fresh blueberries

4 oz fresh strawberries, sliced

2 tbsp fresh mint leaves, chopped

4 cups plain greek yogurt

honey, to taste

procedure

1. in a small bowl, toss together the lime zest, lime juice, blueberries, strawberries, & mint leaves.

2. place 1 cup of yogurt into each of 4 serving bowls. divide the mint berry mixture among the 4 yogurt bowls & top the bowls with the berry mixture. serve.
