mango lassi

a tropical touch to your MNDAY morning, this mango lassi's smooth & rich taste will keep you productive throughout the morning!

(serves 4 & takes 5 minutes)


4 small mangos or 2 large mangos, very ripe, peeled & chopped

1½ cups plain yogurt

¼ cup coconut milk

3 tbsp sugar

lime wedges


1. in a blender, combine the mango, yogurt, coconut milk, & sugar until smooth.

2. pour into 4 glasses & serve with lime wedges.
