mango & avocado greek yogurt

new & original, this BFAST bowl is a healthy delight topped with cilantro, olive oil & lime juice!

(makes 4 bowls & takes 15 minutes)


2 lb non-fat plain greek yogurt

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

juice of 1 lime

salt & pepper, quantities to taste

2 small ripe mangos, chopped into 1/2-inch squares

2 small ripe avocados, chopped into 1/2-inch squares

10 cilantro leaves, minced


1. in a medium bowl, combine yogurt, olive oil, lime juice, salt, & pepper.

2. divide mixture into 4 serving bowls.

3. top each bowl with mango, avocado, & cilantro.
