(serves 4 & takes 8 minutes)
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
4 medjool dates, pitted
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1½ cups raw pistachios
2 tbsp almond butter
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsp chia seeds
1. in a blender, blend almond milk & dates until smooth. add cocoa powder, pistachios, almond butter, cinnamon, & chia seeds. blend again until completely combined.
2. pour into 4 glasses & serve.
