(makes 15 bars & takes 25 minutes)
1¼ cups old fashioned oats
1 cups all-purpose flour
¼ cups light brown sugar
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp kosher salt
½ cup canola oil
1 large egg
½ tbsp vanilla extract
¾ cups dark chocolate, chopped
1. preheat oven to 350°F. spray baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
2. in a large bowl, mix oats, flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, oil, egg, & vanilla. fold in chocolate.
3. pour dough into baking dish & bake 18 minutes. let cool & cut into bars.
