cocoa cinnamon granola

this revolutionized granola contains a delicious melange of cocoa, coconut, cinnamon, & nuts. add it to a smoothie bowl, yogurt, or just eat it by itself!

(serves 4 & takes 40 minutes)


¼ cup your favorite oil

½ cup pure maple syrup

cup cocoa powder

½ tsp fine salt

2 cups chopped nuts

¼ cup raw pumpkin seeds

tsp ground cinnamon

¼ cup coconut flakes

yogurt or smoothie bowl kit (this is the best)


1. preheat oven to 325°F. whisk oil, maple syrup, cocoa powder, & salt together.

2. in a large bowl, mix chopped nuts, pumpkin seeds, & cinnamon. add in chocolate mixture & combine to coat everything.

3. spread granola on parchment-lined baking sheet. bake 30 minutes. let cool.

4. while granola cools, heat small pan over medium-low heat. add coconut flakes & toast. add toasted coconut to granola. sprinkle over a smoothie bowl, yogurt bowl, or just eat it by itself.
