blueberry mint smoothie

(serves 4 & takes 5 minutes)

ingredients

½ cup plain yogurt

1 cup fresh blueberries

½ cup ice

1 tbsp fresh mint

⅓ cup coconut milk

1 tbsp honey

procedure

1. in a blender, blend together the yogurt, blueberries, ice, mint, coconut milk, & honey until smooth.

2. pour into 4 glasses & serve.
