blueberry clafoutis

the soft pillowy blueberry clafoutis will make your Monday morning sweet & productive.

(serves 6 & takes 10 minutes + 50 minutes idle)


1¼ cups your favorite milk

⅔ cup granulated sugar

3 eggs

1 tbsp vanilla extract

a pinch of salt

1 cup flour

2 cups blueberries

powdered sugar, for sprinkling


1. preheat oven to 350°F. in a blender, blend milk, ⅓ cup granulated sugar, eggs, vanilla, salt, & flour until frothy.

2. pour batter in lightly greased baking dish. spread berries over batter & sprinkle ⅓ cup granulated sugar. place in oven & bake 50 minutes. sprinkle with powdered sugar.
