ingredients
4 cups greek yogurt
6 tbsp almond butter
2 bananas, sliced
¼ cup sliced almonds
4 tsp chia seeds
1 tbsp honey
procedure
1. scoop 1 cup of yogurt into each of 4 bowls.
2. top each bowl with 1½ tbsp almond butter, ½ banana, 1 tbsp almonds, & 1 tsp chia seeds. drizzle each with honey & serve.
