this nutrient-dense bowl with kale, mango, & strawberries will give you the perfect energy boost you need this MNDAY morning.
(makes 4 bowls & takes 10 minutes)
14 ounces unsweetened açaí purée
1 1/2 cup almond milk
1 cup chopped frozen mango
1 cup torn kale leaves
1/2 cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt
2 tablespoon fresh lime juice
toppings of choice
1. pour milk into a blender. add açaí, mango, kale, yogurt, & lime juice.
2. blend on low speed to combine, & then on medium speed to purée. blend until mixture is well combined & still very thick - don't over blend!
3. divide açaí mixture between bowls and top with all your favorite toppings, like fresh strawberries, mango, chia seeds, coconut flakes, & banana!
